If customs clearance is required, the return costs are entirely your responsibility (customs clearance, any duties).

Place a new order with the desired items and write in the notes:

“I request delivery with pickup of previous order no. XXXXX”.

The courier will deliver the new order and collect the items to be replaced.

After return and inspection, refund within 15 working days.

The refund is made by deducting €8.99.

Yes, but always with traceability. We are not responsible for goods sent without tracking or lost.
